SaveBig is a B2B distributor. Licensed pharmacies and healthcare organizations can purchase Rx products, while any retail business may order from our OTC product line.

Getting started is easy! Complete our quick sign-up form and upload your State and DEA licenses if ordering Rx items. Once your account is verified, you can start ordering right away.

Our website includes detailed product information such as product names, NDC numbers, expiration dates, and live inventory quantities to help you purchase confidently. We are also fully serialization-compliant.

A minimum order of $100 is required at checkout.

All qualifying orders ship free via 2-Day delivery. Overnight shipping is available for a flat fee of $19.95. Orders placed before 7 p.m. ET are processed same day, and a $100 minimum order is required.

Tracking information for all orders can be found under the “My Account” section of your SaveBig account, then under “My Orders.”

To support our low-price model, all orders must be paid upfront using ACH or a major credit card.

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Any damages or shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
